Thanks Drew, let me take the time to tell you what a wonderful home inspection you sent....nicely documented.  The owners agreed to remedy a lot of the little things in your report. There were irregularities in the wiring out front in the AC condensor that are being addressed.
Sorry I didn't write back to you to say how impressive the report was...I esp. like the references, the websites to look things up at...always helpful.

I had done a lot of research on the internet before contacting any home inspectors. Contracted several via phone and/or email. While I was satisfied by everyone's credentials some were not very responsive when contacted via email. Drew was responsive with with phone and email and was happy to answer all my questions.
My main reason for initially choosing Drew was that he is also a certified pool inspector. On inspection day Drew was there early and ready to go to work. He introduced himself to the Home Owners upon his arrival and to us when we arrived. He explained what he would be doing and what he would be looking at. He would go about his inspection with us accompanying him or on his own and just let us know when he had a finding. We choose to let him inspect without us to not distract him. Drew worked with an "inspector in training". He was efficient in his inspection spending a considerable amount of time outside due to the added pool inspection. He only pulled us aside a couple times to talk about issues that he thought we needed to be aware of. All together the inspection lasted about 3:15 minutes.
Drew provided the reports/certifications the next day (Saturday) for everything except the 4 day radon test. Reports were concise and included pictures of any deficiencies or issues. There were a number of findings in the reports that we did not discuss that were minor in nature and simply require some standard maintenance. Radon report was received after the 6th day.
Overall I was very satisfied with Drew and the inspection. I thought his fees were reasonable and I received good value for the money.
