"Move In Certified" Seller Inspections

Homespect LLC performs many different types of home inspections in Medford, Marlton, Voorhees, Cherry Hill, Mount Laurel and the surrounding areas in Southern New Jersey. Here is an explanation of what a Move In Certified Sellers Inspection is and what it can do to help all parties in a real estate transaction.

Move In Certified Seller's Inspections Move In Certified inspections(sometimes referred to as pre-listing inspections) are becoming more popular because they virtually eliminate all the pitfalls and hassles associated with waiting to do the inspections until a buyer is found.  In many ways, waiting to schedule inspections until after a home goes under agreement, is too late.  Seller inspections are arranged and paid for by the seller, usually just before the home goes on the market. The seller is the inspector's client and receives the inspection report.

Homespect LLC will come in and inspect the home. You then have the oportunity to fix the defects prior to the buyers inspector seeing them. Homespect LLC will then come back (included in cost) and inspect the corrected items and generate a report with the corrections in it.

You as the seller then typically has multiple copies of the report and share them with potential buyers that tour your pre-inspected home.We will also place a Move In Certified lawn sign (similar to the image on the left) next to your Realtor's sign. It is a GREAT marketing tool!

* The report might relieve a prospective buyer's unfounded suspicions, before they walk away.
