About Your Inspector

 Hi, my name is James A. (Drew) Levy and I am the sole member and founder of Homespect LLC.  I am  also the chief inspector. I have over twenty eight years of construction experience as a carpenter, electrician, project superintendent, project manager and president of a residential construction company. I bring to your home inspection the experience of constructing over 650 homes.

After entering the home inspection field in 2007, I started perfoming home inspections on a part-time basis. While doing this I was continuing my education and certification levels. My drive and ambition has enabled Homespect LLC to offer the following: new construction, pre-listing, pool, mold, green building, wood destroying insect/organism, narcotics and commercial building inspections to its clients. Through our associates and partners, Homespect LLC. is able to offer: radon, private well and septic inspections.
